In addition to your motorhome insurance policy we can arrange legal protection cover from Lawshield. In the event of a non-fault road traffic accident involving the motorhome you have on insurance arranged by us, where the third party, who is clearly at fault, and is insured, is known ,this policy provides £50,000 of Legal Expenses cover to pursue civil claims for:

• Death or personal injury of the insured
• Uninsured losses incurred by the insured
• Typically uninsured losses would include things like:
• Your excess
• Hire of an alternative vehicle
• Funding of repair for Third Party policy holders
• The annual premium for this policy is just £12.50

Cover is provided under the policy in the following countries:

The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Holland, Italy, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

This policy is available as an extra to our motorhome insurance policy for an additional premium of £12.50. It is not underwritten by NIG and is a completely separate insurance policy for your motorhome. Arranged by Lawshield and Underwritten by Equity Red Star Motor Policies at Lloyd's.
