Question: How do I make a claim?
Answer: The insurer requires that you submit a claim form, together with an written estimate for the repair or replacement, to the claims administrator for authorisation.
If you are claiming for alternative accommodation of up to £50 a day then you need to keep receipted bills or other documentary proof of your expenditure and evidence that the expenditure was necessary as this only comes into operation if your folding camper becomes unusable because of loss or damage covered by the policy while you are actually on holiday.
In the first instance contact us by telephone or email and we will send you a claim form. If you need assistance do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to help you.
Full details of claims settlement are contained in your policy booklet.
